Description | The Enrollment and Retention Counselor is an experienced student support professional responsible for helping students move from inquiry to program completion. This position informs best practices in student recruitment, program progression, and works successfully in cross-functional settings. In addition to providing enrollment management leadership throughout the student’s educational life cycle from the first point of contact and throughout their continued engagement. This position requires a highly collaborative and goal-oriented enrollment and support services professional. Engaging with enrollment and student support staff, this position utilizes a cross-functional approach. UNE offers a generous comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree required, plus 3-5 years combined or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
