The office of Graduate Student Services (GSS) seeks an Employer Development Consultant who is committed to building and fostering relationships with key International Affairs employers. This outstanding individual will join our team of highly motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven professionals. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Employer Development Consultant plays an integral role in the design, delivery, and management of career and professional development programs, seminars, and sessions (online and in-person), in order to educate students on career management methodology, and also assists with the collection and reporting of statistics on student employment outcomes. They will be expected to create, develop, and maintain relationships with industry-specific contacts to facilitate the employment of Elliott School of International Affairs students. Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. This position is hybrid with some days in the office and some days remote. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
