Position Summary | Employee/Student Education and Victim Support Specialist facilitates bystander, sexual misconduct, trauma-informed and drug & alcohol use training in person and online. Assists in developing bystander, sexual misconduct and trauma- informed training programs for employees and students to foster and promote violence-free collegiate experience. Provides confidential victim support and referrals to employees and students who seek support because of sexual, gender, and relationship violence. |

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds. 5. Ability to adapt and embrace change. 6. Ability to continuously learn and to pursue self-development through personal study, training, and education. 7. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. 8. Ability to research trends and make recommendations based on trends or change of State and/or Federal laws. 9. Ability to take initiative to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. A strong sense of urgency and ownership is required. 10. Effective organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills. 11. Public contact position requiring appropriate business-like apparel. 12. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential – Work schedule 8:00am to 5:00pm. Ability to commit whatever time or effort is required to ensure customer/managers and employees needs are met. |
