The Photographer is responsible for capturing photos during specific Events at the University of San Francisco (USF). The goal of this position is capture photos and edit them in a timely manner so that it may be used for promotional materials.
Provide event photography services. Photographer will be tasked with capturing photos as required per the shot list (if provided), and freeform photo captures, including photos of: speaker(s) while presenting, speaker(s) while interacting with audience members at primary event and/or at associated receptions.
At non-speaker events, such as receptions, capture photos of event guests interacting with one.
Photographer is encouraged to overshoot to increase chances of capturing the best moments. Photographer to provide post event services including review of all photos to pick out the best, retouching services where needed (ie: red-eye removal, straightening, cropping, etc.), and deliver digital files to university (native, .png, .tif, preferred; lossless like .jpg will be accepted but are not preferred).

Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience
• The post holder must be a current USF student/faculty or staff.
• The post holder is expected to have their own equipment.
• The post holder is expected to have their own software to edit the photos.
• Photography experience with events or photoshoots.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours.
