Shift | This is primarily a day shift position working Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; however, as an exempt-level position, additional hours such as scheduled on-call will be required as needed to perform job duties. This is a hybrid position. |
Job Summary | Prioritizes and responds promptly based on severity levels to needs of the customer as evidenced through completion of tasks in the IT Service Management and Project Management systems. Functions as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify; develop and execute solutions to meet project objectives. Independently develop and execute solutions to meet project objectives for area of expertise. Appropriately triage issues, and troubleshoot to resolution, or escalate as necessary. This role will also mentor EHR Analysts Senior staff, work with cross functional IT and operational teams to ensure positive outcomes and goal completion. |

Epic certification and/or work experience. |

Preferred Education/Experience | The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Healthcare with minimum 7 years of healthcare, information technology, or related experience. |
