Physical Requirements
This position may require sitting and/or standing at a workstation for extended periods of time and performing repetitive motions such as typing. This position may also report to meetings at different locations both on campus and off campus; travel outside the local area for training; and work successfully with a team and independently.
Shift
This is primarily a day shift position working Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; however, as an exempt-level position, additional hours such as scheduled on-call will be required as needed to perform job duties. This is a hybrid position.
Job Summary
The EHR Analyst Lead is needed to monitor and lead the rationalization from current to future state objectives. Collaborate and liaise with the business and leadership to ensure a smooth transition to new designs. Monitor the integration requirements alignment with the business. Appropriately triage issues, and troubleshoot to resolution, or escalate as necessary. This role will also mentor EHR Analysts Senior staff, work with cross functional IT and operational teams to ensure positive outcomes and goal completion. Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration and/or Healthcare preferred. Prefer 7 years of healthcare, information technology, or related experience.
