Our ideal Associate Project Director for (NEE) Network for Educator Effectiveness is someone who will provide quality customer service for NEE districts, superintendents, principals, and teachers.  Maintain positive customer relations.  Assist with marketing and training including collaboration on materials development and technology.  Promote NEE and assist new districts with implementation.  Work collaboratively in finding solutions when improvements are needed.  Keep customers informed of product and regulatory changes.  Ensure proper customer service is being delivered.  Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.  We want someone with:

•  Strong organizational skills
•  The ability to coordinate with other teams; Research, Materials & Training, Technology
•  Clear vision of the project from a customer (school user) perspective
•  The ability to meet project timelines, delegate and follow up on tasks
•  The ability to present information to the team, customers, and potential customers as well as present a credible experienced voice to school users
•  The ability to understand and communicate research based practice in relation to educational evaluation
•  The ability to take direction from the Project Director and their supervisors
•  The ability to follow University Policy and maintain ethical practices.
