Position Summary | With limited supervision provide coordination of program specific activities to support Occupational Therapy Program Director, faculty, and students. This position works closely with other CAHP, UNMC and external contacts to support accreditation, admissions and recruitment, curriculum development and delivery, events, research, communications, faculty recruitment, promotion and tenure and complex administrative activities of the program. Provide specialized, responsible and knowledgeable administrative support requiring independent judgment for Program Directors and faculty of College of Allied Health Professions. Working remotely is possible with supervisor approval. |

Developing style of participatory leadership and fosters a climate of respect and collegiality to include competency regarding: conflict management, supervision, mentoring and team building. 4. Position requires regular and consistent attendance in the office. 5. Position may require occasional evening and weekend hours, travel within and outside of the state. |
