This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose
1. Support overall operations
2. Serve as an information specialist and general point-of-contact for early college programs and services, to include:
Innovation Track, domestic and international Dual Credit, Project Lead the Way, Missouri Innovation Campus, visiting
and home schooled students, WeMET consortium, etc.
3. Provide administrative support to Director and Coordinators.
4. Oversee teacher application process.
5. Supervise and train student employees and graduate assistants.
Education & Formal Training Associate's degree (Specify field(s) of study below)
Other Education & Formal Training
Required:
Associates degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Communication, English, Business, or related field
Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance, Other - Banner, Slate, Argos, Google and Microsoft Suites - Preferred
Experience
1. Four years office administrative or program support experience – required.
2. Knowledge of early college programs – preferred.
