Description of Work Unit | Founded in 1870, Colorado State University is among the nation’s leading research universities and enrolls approximately 32,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. The Colorado State University Department of Athletics sponsors 16 men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports and competes as a member of the NCAA Division I-FBS and the Mountain West Conference. Position Summary | The Director of Sports Nutrition Education is a 12-month position that includes an instructor role in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) in the area of sports nutrition. The position will also collaborate with the current Director of Sports Nutrition in the Department of Athletics for delivery of sports nutrition education to coaches and student-athletes and assist with clinical nutrition for Colorado State University’s intercollegiate athletics program. |
