Technology Key Areas of Responsibilities: • Evaluate, formulate, and recommend initiatives, systems, and policies to support the university’s strategic vision as they pertain to talent management and development |
QUALIFICATIONS: | Education & Experience: • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strategic understanding of HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, benefits, payroll, employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Personal Characteristics & Qualifications • An enthusiastic, mature, and contagious Christian faith |
SALARY: | Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and other qualifications. LeTourneau University provides a significant benefit package, which includes medical and life insurance and contributions to a retirement program. |
