Description of Work
In collaboration with the Senior Director of Player Personnel & Recruiting and the Director of Player Personnel, set plans for each recruiting cycle of outbound activities in assisting coaches in identification of potential student-athletes. Oversee the management and the recruitment process for the selected pool of potential student athletes. Serve as on-campus host/coordinator for official and unofficial visits and secure approved NLI’s for signing days. Weekend, evening hours and travel will be required. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in college, scholastic, professional or equivalent football program. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Computer knowledge essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting or player personnel at the FBS or national scholastic level.Experience in opponent scouting.Playing experience at FBS and professional level preferred.Technical experience with one of more of the following systems is highly desirable: ACS, ARMS, XOs, XOs Thuder Scout, Hudl, Teamworks, Microsoft Office, Visio, Jump Forward, Pro Football Focus, Tableau Reader, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Photoshop.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.
