Position Description:

You will receive the resources to excel within a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team that offers long-term opportunities for personal and professional development as part of a robust External Affairs enterprise serving UCLA.
Serving as the Director of Development for TFT, you will plan and implement a strong, proactive major gift program that reflects the academic priorities of the school and will develop and maintain a portfolio of major individual gift prospects. As the Director, you will work closely with the school's faculty, leadership and your colleagues on the TFT development team to gain knowledge of research interests and areas of expertise, determine market feasibility for academic priorities and provide advice and counsel on fundraising strategies and initiatives. You will utilize available data to develop constituencies and identify prospects in relation to TFT priorities; organize and conduct meetings of volunteers and donors to identify new prospective donors for private support; and create additional vehicles and methods for identifying new prospects. In addition, as the Director, you will establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with appropriate individuals and offices in TFT, Development and throughout External Affairs.
**Please note, this is a hybrid position.**
Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $10,833.33 monthly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
