The Director of Career Services and Employer Relations provides career development and job search services for students and alumni. Responsibilities include employer relations, career advising/counseling, increasing the visibility and support of the program, enhancing existing services, providing statistics on outcomes, and administering work experience requirements. Must have excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge of the hospitality industry or previous career advising background. Travel and evening/weekend availability required as needed.


Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of experience in Career Services, preferably as an Assistant or Associate Director OR work experience in the hospitality industry as a Recruiter/HR professional.
