Posting Summary | Working closely with the Chief Officer for Professional and Continuing Education (PACE), oversee day to day operations for enrollment management and targets for PACE credit and non-credit programming (academic year and Summer Session). Provide leadership and supervision for Program Developers to secure enrollment targets by assisting them with consistent oversight using the key indicators for their success. Work closely with Chief Officer for PACE and the management team on strategic goals. Be frontward facing to all associate deans and the enrollment management VP. Work on special projects, including working with the OVPR on professional training and corporate partnerships. Serve as the Chief Officer’s representative at select administrative meetings. As a member of Senior Management Team, continuously evaluate progress toward achieving PACE’s strategic plan and overall goals. Reports to the Chief Officer for PACE. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Masters degree in higher education administration or related field and five years related experience required. Solid leadership, project management, supervisory, market research, organizational and communications skills necessary. Demonstrated understanding of statistical/enrollment trends. Knowledge of higher education philosophy, governance, structure and culture. Strong understanding of financial models and budget expectations. |
