The Digital Solutions Manager at the University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) bridges the divide between technology, business, and human processes. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Solutions, this role drives the adoption and optimization of low-code/no-code technologies, marketing automation, and IPaaS platforms like Workato within UAGC. This role underscores UAGC's commitment to leveraging technology to enhance user adoption and streamline workflow efficiency. Working closely with various teams, the Digital Solutions Manager ensures a consistent and impactful student experience across platforms, encompassing student portals and all digital touchpoints.


  • Champion UAGC's digital transformation journey, integrating technological solutions with human processes to advance digital strategies and optimize workflow efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and optimize workflows using IPaaS platforms like Workato, ensuring seamless integration of applications and systems.

  • Ensure seamless student interactions across all digital platforms, emphasizing consistency, user-friendliness, and alignment with UAGC's values.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend their requirements and rapidly develop digital solutions that cater to those needs.

  • Maintain a holistic view of students' digital journey, pinpointing potential challenges, areas of improvement, and innovative solutions akin to a product designer.

  • Engage with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other technical stakeholders to deploy integrated marketing automation solutions that maximize ROI.

  • Design, prototype, and deliver improvements within workflows across the business, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.

  • Analyze funnel metrics to continually innovate and strategize, aiming to boost conversion rates and the overall efficacy of UAGC initiatives.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, especially within automation and IPaaS, to reinforce UAGC's position at the forefront of digital transformation in education.

  • Advocate for student-centric initiatives by leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to improve retention rates and satisfaction.


  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing technologies.

  • 6+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • 4+ years of experience with IPaaS platforms like Workato.

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, Master's Degree preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and navigate complex systems.

  • Strong communication abilities, especially in conveying intricate ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Keen learner with a penchant for embracing novel challenges and solutions.


  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise-level businesses.

  • 4+ years in the B2C space, with a preference for experience in higher education.

  • 3+ years of agile project management expertise.
