Job Summary
 

The Digital Experience Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and knowledge dissemination by leveraging technology and gathering feedback from students, faculty, and staff.  This role will contribute to the effective use of digital assistant technology by enhancing the experience of students, faculty, and staff by ensuring the systems are responsive, accurate, and user-friendly.


Responsibilities
 
  • Engage with students, faculty, and staff to collect feedback on their interactions with digital engagement systems
  • Encourage open communication and actively seek suggestions for improvement
  • Analyze user feedback and data generated by digital engagement interactions to identify common issues, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with the technology team to refine digital engagement systems based on user feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies to train these systems for more accurate and helpful responses  
  • Provide guidance and training to users on how to maximize the benefits of digital engagement systems, ensuring they can use them effectively for their specific needs
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure that the information made available through digital engagements is accurate, up to date, and relevant to the needs of user
  • Monitor the performance of digital engagement systems and identify opportunities for further enhancement 
  • Implement best practices to increase the system's effectiveness
  • Maintain detailed records of feedback, system adjustments, and user interactions
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing performance and improvements 
  • Oversee the content of the department's website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and provides an intuitive and enjoyable user experience
  • Oversee and lead the HR Service Center employees to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues and customer inquiries, maintaining high standards of service quality and adherence to Georgia Southern policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Three (3) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
 

Preferred Experience

  • Two (2) or more  years of experience with AI/technology integration with customer engagement

Proposed Salary
 

 $44,400 - $56,600

This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
