Position Summary:
 
UC Irvine Department of Chemistry is one of four departments in the School of Physical Sciences. In additional to being one of the largest service departments on campus, training thousands of general education students each year in Chemistry fundamentals, we are committed to providing our ~700 undergraduate majors and ~300 graduate students with world-class education and training while pushing the frontiers of knowledge through cutting-edge research. Under general direction of the Financial and Business Analyst, the incumbent will provide administrative office support; processing reimbursements, GEC's, assisting with reconciling account, distribution and collecting of keys, FM requests, office orders, and equipment inventory. This position is fully on-site (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $27.34 - $29.96 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $27.34 - $39.18 (Hourly Rate).

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to Department faculty, staff, students as well as visitors.
     

Preferred:
