To continue to advance and live into possibilities, we are recruiting an enterprising, collaborative, and creative Assistant Dean of Pedagogical Possibilities. This position will play a seminal leadership role as CoSW continues to (re)conceptualize educational approaches consistent with meeting the needs of the contemporary educational landscape, particularly in the online space. A successful candidate will be able innovate, implement, scale, and assess teaching-learning activities.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of constituents. Demonstrated experience providing instruction and services related to teaching-learning. Successful record of management/administration with online teaching-learning approaches and models. Ability to think critically and adapt quickly. Ability to conceptualize and communicate a broad-based vision for teaching-learning. Management skills. Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, curriculum design, eLearning, instructional technology or some combination of these skills. Demonstrated understanding of developments in teaching and learning trends and ability to analyze, implement and adapt to evolving standards, services and technologies.
