Physical Requirements
This position requires regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; intermittently performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Shift
Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, as business needs.
Job Summary
The Data Management specialist QA role involves maintaining the accuracy of data in GHX (e-procurement) and Vizient Marketplace (GPO) platforms, managing contract master data, identifying data management issues, and collaborating with specialists. Position provides support in other supply chain automation special projects and initiatives, as well as various ancillary procurement tasks including website support, IT desktop support, e-procurement, reporting, document template management, etc. The responsibilities also include conducting quality assurance checks, monitoring contract changes and financial impacts, analyzing conversions, and providing analytical support. Additionally, the role contributes to sustainability and vendor diversification and participates in long-term strategy formulation.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, Database Management, XML, healthcare experience. Programming languages (VBA and SQL), statistical analysis software (SAS, SPSS, R).

Preferred Education/Experience
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree related to computer science, management information systems, or related field.
