The CRH/REI Analyst will play a critical role in managing and performing project management coordination,
administrative services and overseeing the academic operations of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology
and Infertility (REI) within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, & Reproductive Sciences.
Under general supervision of the Division Administrator and Administrative Director, the incumbent is
responsible for executing on various operational functions/services which may include activities in finance and
human resources as well as IT, facilities, or meeting coordination. General operational management duties
include project management of REI's initiatives, logistics operations of small to large scale meetings both
interdepartmental and UCSF wide, ability to create, run, interpret, analyze and manage reports, and ability to
support the rollout for True North and lean initiatives within ambulatory services within REI. With their expertise
in analytical practices, policies, and procedures, the incumbent will manage complex time-sensitive projects on
behalf of the Division Chief, Directors, and other leadership team members and will serve as the leadership
support for REI Managers. They will serve as the primary liaison to faculty, staff, and external organizations,
providing executive level support in the absence of key personnel. The CRH/REI Analyst position requires a high-
level individual with excellent judgment who is capable of independently carrying out duties to completion with
minimal guidance and supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with diplomacy and tact, are essential in this role
as s/he will attend meetings, take notes, and synthesize meeting data into coherent written minutes for
distribution. The ability to triage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal
supervision, stay current with technological applications, and maintain meticulous attention to detail are also key
aspects of this role. Flexibility, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a team player mindset will contribute to
their success in supporting a diverse team. This position may also require attendance to other duties as
assigned, providing backup support as needed.
