Position Overview
This position will be responsible for critical functions within the women’s basketball area overseeing video analysis functions as well as serving as liaison with third party vendor.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create and Organize all Video Projects including scouting and personnel databases, synergy edits and recruiting videos.
2. Oversight of filming execution during practices and games and breakdowns on editing system
3. Serve as head of technology for women’s basketball to include:
  • Organize and maintain all technology software and licenses.
  • Computers and iPads
  • Cameras and similar equipment
  • Filming equipment

4. Organize and analyze statistics from game, practice, and scouting
5. Assist with camp as requested by coaching and support staff
6. Assist with all recruiting visits
7. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or graphics related degree.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Strong working knowledge and experience utilizing databases.
Strong working knowledge of video-related equipment and technology.
Energetic, motivated, and focused on team goals essential.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience in Division I athletics preferred.
