Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for the Vice President’s schedules and meetings to include management of minutes and follow-up on action items, as requested. Coordinate various campus meetings and conferences sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs, including all related arrangements. Keep the Vice President fully informed about pending issues and concerns, significant/noteworthy activities, or events. Coordinate events calendar for the Division including invitation to key stakeholders. Serve as proxy for Vice President for Student Affairs within several University systems and processes including time reporting, travel, and reconciliation of pcards. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Provide management for Division personnel actions and act as liaison with Human Resources. Supervise office support staff members, as assigned. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Resolve problems of a general nature for the division and work with students, parents, and others for resolution or referral. Research and complete special projects, as assigned. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Assure concurrence with Division policies/practices and advise Directors and staff members on policy compliance. Independently respond to inquiries/concerns expressed by AVPs and Directors and research alternative solutions to problems, as necessary. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Assist with management of financial responsibilities of the Division and liaison with budget managers and business and finance for appropriate action. |

Duties & Responsibilities | Responsible for various aspects of Student Affairs publications and brochures, including writing, editing, serving as liaison with print/media services, interviews, and research, as well as coordination, review, and approval of Division information to be submitted for publication including any web presence. |
