Office of Organizational Effectiveness


Job Summary
 

Reporting directly to the Director of the Office of Organizational Effectiveness, the Coordinator of the Office of Organizational Effectiveness will assist in the planning and implementation of initiatives and programs out of the Office. The Coordinator assists in the development and ongoing assessment of the university's strategic plan, employee engagement surveys, other assessments, and leadership scorecards. The Coordinator also supports the University Awards of Excellence and leadership development programs. In addition, the Coordinator supports the Director by working across the AVP's portfolio to enhance synergy on institutional projects, initiatives, and planning. The Coordinator may supervise, directly or indirectly, graduate assistants, student workers, practicum students, and/or interns.


Responsibilities
 
  • Work across the organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and inclusive excellence portfolio.
  • Provide project management support for the Office's strategic initiatives from planning to implementation and assessment.
  • Facilitate the coordination and logistical support for the employee engagement survey and other assessment tools.
  • Aid in the operational execution of the University Awards of Excellence.
  • Support the creation and management of leadership development programs and institutes.
  • Contribute to the successful rollout and implementation of new initiatives and programs spearheaded by the Office.
  • Provide administrative oversight of the operations and budget of the Office.
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive approach to projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience

  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience which could include professional work experience, graduate assistantship experience, and/or appropriate collegiate experience 
  • Presentation or facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications
 

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

Preferred Experience

  • One (1) to three (3) years of related work experience in higher education or similar institutional settings
  • Experience in program coordination and project management 
  • Experience working with mid-level administrators and confidential information

Proposed Salary
 

$36,500 - $41,100

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
