The Graduate Admissions Coordinator coordinates the graduate admissions process through the use of the Customer Relationship Management system by monitoring the progress of various groups of applicants, coordinating communications, answering student inquiries, facilitating graduate student matriculation, and providing reports to a variety of stakeholders. Duties include developing communication plans to reach prospective graduate students, creating applications for use with the CRM; regularly mining data to report the status of admissions by program and college; interpreting and applying recruitment, enrollment and retention strategies; managing the graduate CRM including continuous additions to and maintenance of email templates, communication plans, targets, applications, cases, forms and users; extensive use of CRM for inquiry and applicant tracking, communications, reporting and recruitment; working with the graduate program admissions issues, participating as a member of the GC Graduate Coordinators and Graduate Council, and maintaining student records within Banner and Xtender to ensure compliance with university academic standards. Working closely and on a daily basis with applicants, current students, the Director of the Graduate School, graduate coordinators, faculty, departments and colleges.

CRM Administration and Management - 65
Oversee and manage the application process and registration in Radius by Campus Management; and answering graduate inquiries through phone email, and text message. Graduate admissions efforts include communicating admissions status to applicants and graduate coordinators; managing applications and cases; providing guidance and support to Graduate Coordinators with admission questions and concerns; maintaining graduate applicant and student files in Banner, Web Xtender, and Radius; resolving applicant and student issues, assisting with the Double Bobcat pathways and assisting the International Education Center on international applicants. Communicates with Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, Business Office and academic departments. Manages the integrity of data for graduate applicants/students. Consults on software products to be used by Graduate Admissions. Conducts training sessions/consultations for Radius users. Supports marketing efforts by providing critical demographic data and managing direct marketing via the CRM. Use of CANVA to create attractive and correctly branded communications. Coordinates all admissions efforts of Graduate Admissions between students, departments, and academic graduate coordinators. Reconcile graduate data and collaborate with the Registrar's office on student records.
Customer Service - 15
Facilitates day-to-day operations of graduate admissions process including communicating with prospective graduate students from the inquiry stage through enrollment, as well as receiving and processing student applications and related documents, and compiling and maintaining student files
Reporting - 15
Provides up-to-date reports on graduate student admissions and enrollment. Runs applicant reports, compiles data and statistical analysis for Associate Provost and Graduate Coordinators.
Monitoring - 5
Monitors the process of applicants during the admission process.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Experience
Proficient use of a customer relationship management system in a higher education environment

KNOWLEDGE
Detailed knowledge of university policies that relate to graduate student admission and enrollment; thorough experience and familiarity with Banner, Web Xtender, Radius CRM, and Canva; ability to work independently using problem-solving skills to anticipate unique issues and formulate effective, creative solutions. Knowledge of data collection, organization, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
SKILLS
Excellent computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work under competing demands and deadlines with frequent interruptions. Problem-solving skills sufficient to anticipate issues and formulate effective solutions. Ability to work on own initiative as well as following directions; and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters.
