Encore is a leading full-service fire protection company with offices in multiple states, including Connecticut. We’re growing fast, and we need dedicated individuals to join our Operations team as Service Coordinators. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, solving problems and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

-Manage service schedules for technicians in your assigned region.
-Optimize daily productivity by efficiently scheduling work assignments.
-Implement processes to ensure technicians adhere to schedules and attendance policies.
-Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

-A college degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or project coordination.
-Interest in learning new technology, with basic training provided for industry-specific programs.
-Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
-Professionalism and customer-focused approach to work.
-Knowledge of Connecticut geography is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: Up to $52,000 year
