UC Riverside's Dining Services is recruiting for the Retail Restaurant Manager of HUB Operations. The full salary range for the Retail Restaurant Manager, HUB Operations is $54,200 - $93,200 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $73,700 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Under general direction of the Director of Retail & Restaurants, the Retail Restaurant Manager, HUB Operations plans, organizes, manages and directs the total day-to-day activities, work, customer service, and maintenance/custodial functions at Subway and Halal Shack. The Manager acts as Liaison for our 3rd party brand partners that reside at the HUB. The Brands (Panda Express, Habit burgers, Hibachi San, Coffee bean & Tea leaf, and Chronic Tacos) generate $5M in revenue annually. The manager communicates daily with the brand partners on campus initiatives, assists with work order entry for the brands, and ensures the 3rd party brand partners follow established campus protocols. The Manager participates in the preparation of the annual budget and leads the daily monitoring of the unit budget to ensure proper fiscal controls with an emphasis on food and labor. The Manager supervises the ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all assigned products. Develops methods of creatively merchandising and displaying foods to generate revenue. The Manager participates in the selection, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of assigned staff. May be required to oversee other Retail or Residential Facilities for limited times to include Senior Cooks, Principal Cooks, Cooks, Storekeepers, Custodians, and Sr. Food Service Workers.
