Concessions Production and Kitchen Workers

(Spring)

Essential Functions:

We are looking for someone who can work 20-26 hours a week at Concessions. The hours are variable depending on the needs of the week; we are flexible with schedules. Your work here will support BYU Concession¿s efforts (directly or indirectly) at a variety of campus events!     

Leadership growth opportunities: Raises potential within the first semester once trained; Get to work with one of the youngest leadership teams in Dining and on campus.  

Description:

We are in need of Production and Kitchen Workers. As a production worker you will be in charge of building stands, delivering a variety of goods across campus, stocking stands with needed product, solving machine and technology issues, ensuring safe and efficient operations of stands, and assisting in stands or kitchen positions, as necessary. As a kitchen worker you will specifically help with properly receiving and warehousing products, popping the famous Cougar Crunch popcorn, and distributing the legendary CougarTail across campus!  

Qualifications:

  • Honest, Dependable, Multi-Tasking
  • Able to work individually (both accurately and effectively) without direct supervision
  • Able to both take direction and observe needs.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Should obtain a Food Handler's permit and complete other online training within 1 week of hire
  • Longevity preferred
  • Work Stadium of Fire.
