Position Summary	**WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION FROM ALL APPLICANTS REGARDLESS OF WORK STUDY AWARD** Information Technologies is seeking applicants to provide assistance on a wide variety of software to students, faculty, and staff in the Computer Lab environments, which may include Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and interest in teaching, communicating, and furthering understanding of student computer users. Designs and presents to student’s instructional modules pertaining to a variety of Lab software. Provides basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and projectors. Participates in computer imaging and updates, and triages issues in our ticket tracking system, Help.UNM. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, to organize time efficiently, and to communicate professionally with faculty, staff and students. Takes initiative to solve many of the computing problems that occur on a daily basis in the labs, training centers, lecterns and computer classrooms. Participates in additional projects which may include website maintenance and content creation, administrative tasks, print client maintenance, or deployment of new computer environments, depending on skill set.
