Georgia State University’s Instructional Innovation and Technology Division’s Human Resources and Administrative Services is seeking a Division HR Coordinator to join our vibrant team. The IIT HR and Administrative Services Department wants an enthusiastic and initiative-taking team member who is a skilled and diverse HR professional who wants the opportunity to advance in Human Resources and be a part of a team that supports an innovative division.
Under the general supervision of the Division HR Officer, this individual will support the payroll, recruitment, and on-boarding efforts within the IIT Division.
WHAT DO THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE?
The scope of responsibilities for this position will include these essential duties but not limited to the following:
· Serve as lead liaison for payroll, assist with new employee training, perform HR transactions, and
monitor and track several HR employment matters
· Perform administrative tasks
· Lead recruitment functions
· manage on-boarding and off boarding processes for employees
· Create, monitor, and maintain HR records.
· Assist with developing and implementing internal processes, policies and procedures.
· Assist with the development of employee engagement/recognition/retention/appreciations initiatives
· Serve as the back-up to the HR Assistant, assist with budget transactions and special, and other
administrative duties.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
