Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Belmont University's Innovation Labs seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable administrative and coordination experience while supporting various aspects of our dynamic and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
   - Assist in managing office tasks and procedures.
   - Become proficient in using ClickUp, Canva, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
   - Perform data clean-up and imports as required.
2. Event Planning and Hospitality:
   - Support event planning activities, including logistics, coordination, and execution.
   - Assist in creating engaging content and materials for events using Canva.
   - Aid in compiling guest lists and bios for events.

3. Meeting Success and Documentation:
   - Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and provide quick recaps or follow-ups.
   - Identify opportunities for student engagement and integration across campus.
4. Communication and Integration:
   - Collaborate with various departments and individuals to ensure seamless integration of projects across campus.
   - Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with the university community.
5. Familiarization with Systems:
   - Learn and effectively use HubSpot for project management and communication purposes.
   - Gain proficiency in university processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
- Availability to work up to 45 hours per month, accommodating a combination of in-person and remote work.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn ClickUp, Canva, social media platforms, university-specific processes, HubSpot, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
   
Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
