Charter College, an established and growing career college with locations in Washington, Montana, New Mexico, Alaska, and Southern California, is adding a Sonography and Respiratory Care Programs to our Canyon Country, CA Campus!

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Full Time Clinical Site Recruiter to identify and sign up clinical sites to support these new Programs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Clinical Site Recruiter’s (CSR) primary focus is to recruit and develop new clinical sites, that provide an excellent learning environment for our students and expand Charter College’s operational footprint. The CSR position requires the ability to develop leads through current sites, outside resources and referral. Additionally, this position must have the ability to meet goals, multi-task, prioritize duties and maintain a positive professional reputation in the community. Success requires a relationship building approach, and collaboration with Clinical Coordinators, Instructors, Program Leadership, and the campus as a whole.

Clinical Site Recruiter develops clinical sites for all for all clinical programs. Coordinates the articulation agreement and site assessment process. Facilitates excellent communication between site and Instructor. Maintains a detailed accounting of prospective sites, communication events and progress toward agreement.

This position reports directly to the Dean of Diagnostic Medical Imaging but may require day-to-day interactions with Chief Academic Officer, Campus Manager(s), Program Manager(s), Faculty, Registrar, Student Academic Advisors, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

Current Students and Externs

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clinical sites sufficient in numbers to meet the needs of the campus’ population.
  • Coordinate timely completion of agreements and training to ensure on time clinical placement.
  • Maintain clinical files for both sites and students in Campus Nexus
  • Assist in administering contracts, insurance certificates and other documents.
  • Maintain high volume communication to develop leads including cold calling facilities to establish a relationship.
  • Listen and create rapport to identify opportunities for partnership.
  • Schedule required quota of appointments weekly.
  • Travel to sites to sites as required to maintain relationships and secure partnerships.
  • Attend relevant community events that facilitate opportunities to connect with potential partners.
  • Work with the Instructors to ensure the best educational experience for Charter College students while at clinical sites.
  • Request, gather and collate feedback on performance and satisfaction levels from sites and students via surveys.
  • Maintain clinical site database (Campus Nexus)
  • Support Program Advisory Committee Meetings in partnership with the Program
  • Managers and Faculty by securing and tracking community participation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in:
  • High level B2B customer service
  • Diagnostic medical imaging, or
  • Respiratory care field required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess exceptional social interaction skills.
  • Must display a team-oriented approach.
  • Must be professional in all aspects of the position including professional dress and appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
  • Consistently display the highest levels of integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedule.
  • Sales experience a plus

COMPENSATION

  • Non-Exempt Status Hourly
  • Pay Range: $ 23.00 to $ 28.85
  • Compensation dependent on experience, knowledge and education level
