The ACSR is currently comprised of 5 regional biospecimen repository sites, UCSF, Baylor College of Medicine, George Washington University, Stellenbosch University (South Africa), and University of Sao Paolo (Brazil); a technology core at Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, and a data and informatics unit known as the Hub for Integrated Informatics and Research Support (HIIRS).

As an experienced professional contributing to the ACSR) in its Hub for Integrated Informatics and Research Support (HIIRS), the incumbent's duties will include, but will not be limited to, supporting the management of data by abstracting EMR or other health record data, cleaning, harmonizing and updating data in REDCap databases or for upload to REDCap databases, in other comprehensive datasets and for reports; participation in project-related meetings and other data- and database-related activities as needed; helping to assure compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies; overseeing study data integrity by implementing and maintaining periodic quality control procedures and creating data-related SOPs and other data-related support/tracking documents; interfacing with various stakeholders, collaborators, consultants to further optimize the database for research; maintaining regulatory documents; reporting progress to investigators; participating in internal and external audits or reviews of study protocols; and performing other duties as assigned.
