Clinical Research Associate I - Precision Medicine

We’re in search of a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA). As a CRA, you will ensure protocol compliance and adherence to regulations, supporting Investigators in study management and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include patient recruitment, enrollment, questionnaire administration, informed consent documentation, and biospecimen kit delivery. You will maintain a tracking system for research activities, abstract medical data, complete case report forms, and communicate effectively with patients and internal teams. As a successful candidate, you will:

• Maintain current and accurate protocol documentation, update investigators and other team members of pertinent protocol changes.
• Perform other administrative duties in the management of the study as assigned.
• Play an active role in recruitment of patients to study.
• Work on special data management projects as assigned.
• Perform protocol specific duties as required per the research study.
• Work with supervisor to ensure performance of appropriate levels of quality.
• Identify and communicate important protocol consenting issues or problem areas to supervisor.
• Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to maintain certification/licensure, and/or keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
