Department of Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery


The University of Maryland, Department of Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking applications and nominations for a full-time faculty member at the rank of Clinical Instructor in the Department of Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery.  Responsibilities include academic and clinical teaching, at undergraduate level, and supervision of dental students and care of patients on the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic, the Acute Care Clinic, and the Special Needs Patient Clinic at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. 

 

Qualifications

 

Receipt of a DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree and eligibility for licensure to practice dentistry in Maryland is required. Candidates must have an interest/experience in oral surgery but a formal residency training is not required.

Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
