Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Systems and Procedures Analyst position performs analytical work and ambulatory operations practice review.

This position is a key component to the decision-making process relative to clinical practice analysis, issue resolution and process improvement.

Prior clinic operations, performance improvement and project management experience preferred.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Clinic operations, meeting facilitation, project management, process improvement, presentation development.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience

Masters in Health or Business Administration and/or experience in Process Improvement and clinical operations plus five or more years related experience.
Experience in ambulatory clinic operations, clinical analytics, process improvement and strong excel skills preferred.
