McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center seeks a Classical Hematologist at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending on the applicant's qualifications, in the Department of Internal Medicine , Division of Hematology/Oncology .

This position will include clinical practice in the Memorial Hermann Hospital and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital.  

 

Position Key Accountabilities:

 

The position involves inpatient and outpatient clinical care, teaching, education, and clinical research that aligns with the mission of McGovern Medical School and UTHealth Houston.


 

Qualifications:

 

The selected candidate for the position must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Preferred applicants will have completed a fellowship in hematology or hematology/oncology and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
