Job Summary/Responsibilities
This position provides support to the Career Services team with a focus on customer service and administrative responsibilities including:
- Answers phones and greets visitors
- Helps to prepare materials for career-focused events
- Assists with special projects related to student career and industry engagement
- Assists the Career Services Student Engagement and Industry Engagement staff as requested
- Business Professional attire (i.e. slacks, khakis, polos, blouses)
- Availability to work during high traffic time frames of office
- Flexibility, consistency, and dependability in work attendance
- Must be available to work in person, Monday-Friday during the 8am-5pm timeframe
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current UNF student
- Ability and commitment to confidentiality. A confidentiality agreement must be acknowledged
- Must be available to work in person, Monday-Friday during the 8am-5pm timeframe

An interest in working with student and industry engagement and career focused events.
