As the career and alumni success coordinator, you will maintain consistency and efficiency within the office and help staff as requested or assigned. In this position you will manage communications including the office email and phone, returning messages in a timely fashion, and greeting all guests with courtesy. You will also be responsible for managing the CAS calendar, facilitating all logistical aspects of employer visitations, acting as a liaison with other departments, and assisting with events as needed.
In this position you will be expected to help develop data reports, update lists and summaries related to events, and become a subject matter expert on SCAD FAQs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring office inventory, assisting with hiring new employees, preparing office space, and developing positive working relationships to contribute to the overall team goal.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent customer service, computer, and organizational skills

Ability to create a positive environment

Ability to multitask and manage time independently

Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous office experience

Previous experience administering software systems

Experience with CRM database and Symplicity
Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
