Position Summary	UNM Food, LoboCard Office, and University Club is seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated students to serve as Campus Business Services Interns. Interns will assist with a variety of general office and business functions for all three of these departments. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Fielding phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Communicating feedback and service issues to vendors and contractors. Assisting with calendars and scheduling meetings for senior leadership. Creating reports in Excel. Monitoring functionality of vending services across campus. Facilitating vending refunds Delivering customer service to faculty, staff, and students for meal plans, issuing LoboCards, and event coordination. Event planning, marketing, and execution. Assisting with marketing projects and audits for UNM Food Website editing Collecting customer feedback and preparing summary reports. Assisting with various special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications	Ability to schedule meetings. Ability to use Excel to create various reports. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing. Customer service experience.
