POSITION SUMMARY: Bryant & Stratton College’s Admissions Representatives are responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified students through a needs based consultative approach. Admissions Reps are responsible for building relationships and the coordination of the enrollment process.

You will: Receive internal transfers and make outbound calls to interview and recruit new students for enrollment Act as a consultative resource and provide student with information on the college and all our programs Manage the entire enrollment process to include coordination with other internal departments Meet specific enrollment goals Generate referrals by building rapport and consistent follow up We offer: Opportunity to positively impact lives of students considering going back to school Dynamic and high energy environment Excellent opportunity for advancement Competitive salary Comprehensive benefit package Ideal candidates will possess:

Education: Associate’s Degree or higher

Experience: Previous sales and/or customer service experience

Other: Excellent customer service skills

Salary:

$45,500 ($21.87 per hour)

This position is eligible for overtime.
