Department Summary
The Center for Agile and Adaptive Additive Manufacturing (CAAAM) within the Division of Research & Innovation is a state-of-the-art research center dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and industry partnerships to advance research in the science and engineering of additive materials manufacturing.
Position Summary
This part-time, non-student hourly Sr Admin Coordinator role will provide executive, administrative, and analytical support to the Associate Vice President for Center for Agile and Adaptive Additive Manufacturing (CAAAM). Coordinates CAAAM administrative activities and acts as university-wide liaison for the center to ensure daily operational efficiencies. Other special projects and duties as assigned to support CAAAM. Anticipating that this will be a temporary position until CAAAM hires a full-time Sr Admin Coordinator employee.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and five years of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous sr administrative coordinator work experience in higher education.
  • Experience and working knowledge of UNT processes and software: Work Control, ePars, PeopleAdmin (hiring/position management), hiring processes for international employees, UNT Financial Aid &Scholarships, IDT’s, MarketPlace (procurement), and PCards.
  • Previous work experience with managing state appropriated funding.
Required License / Registration / Certification
Work Schedule
Hourly part-time, not to exceed 19 hour per week. Weekly work schedule to be coordinator with supervisor upon hire, but will hours worked will be within the Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm time frame.
