Description of Work | Provide complex reporting and database tools to senior administration for forecasting and analyzing data and serve as UNL’s Human Resource reporting expert. Develop eforms for process improvement efforts. Analyze business practices and design databases to automate functions and identify trends in processing/accounting. Design custom reporting for executive decision support. Work with the NULook team to create new views to optimize database design and report generation. Design and deliver Business Intelligence report training. Minimum Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in business, information services, or related field plus 3 years database design/maintenance; equivalent education/experience considered. |
Preferred Qualifications | The ideal candidate may have student data/reporting experience, SQL Programming experience, Microsoft Access experience, knowledge of UNL policies/procedures, and/or SAP experience. |
