Job Summary: |
The Business Services Professional in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery will join the administrative team and be responsible for performing transactional-level functions across the division under the direction of the Division Administrative Director (DAD). The purpose of this position is to provide a full range of business and administrative support for the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Responsibilities for this position include working directly with division faculty for preparation and submission of travel authorizations and expense reimbursements, purchasing and procurement, assisting with credentialing processes, providing recruitment, and onboarding support, and providing high-level administrative support to clinical faculty. The Business Services Professional will also perform payroll adjustments under the direction of the DAD provide project management support and perform a variety of administrative functions as assigned. Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as: Entry: $51,437-$65,428 Intermediate: $555,975-$71,201 The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
