About the Position: 

The Division of Information Technology (IT) strives to be a strategic, innovative, and best‐in‐class IT organization that provides a leading‐edge technology environment for students, faculty, and staff to advance the University’s mission, vision, and goals. We seek an exceptional individual to join our IT-Enterprise Resource Planning team as the Business Intelligence Analyst (Analyst/Programmer - Expert). Provides independent, high-level support for analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of the Business Intelligence technical solutions, with specialization in areas of the position’s assigned partner department (i.e., Institutional Effectiveness and Planning, or Administration and Finance). Serves as the subject matter expert for campus data warehouse. Provides guidance in the design and development of dashboards and reports and serves as the primary lead for them on behalf of the partner department.  Primarily responsible for developing ETL processes, loading and validating data from source systems into the data warehouse. Functions as the primary contact for user support and perform initial assessment. Research user issues and independently resolve a wide range of technical problems with diverse constituency of campus users.  Interacts with a wide variety of faculty, staff, managers, and vendors to understand and address problem from a broad, interactive perspective and develop long range technical solutions that combine information and ideas in new, unprecedented ways.
