Overtime necessary as needed to fulfill customer requirements. 
Ability to travel locally in the DFW Metroplex with occasional overnight travel outside of the Metroplex.

Job Summary
Increase market penetration and develop networks/partnerships to grow TMAC. Recommend management consulting, operational excellence & product/process engineering solutions to accelerate the profitable growth and competitiveness of Texas manufacturing. Seek, identify, assess, sell, propose, coordinate, & manage applied research projects to create significant financial return on customer investment. Ensure superior customer and investor satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate leads & opportunities for potential new customer projects. 
  • Conduct company assessments and identify company needs to sell organizational initiatives. 
  • Coordinate with field staff and company management for proposal development and new project contract execution. 
  • Attend follow up meetings for project closeouts, coordinate survey responses, and identify potential future projects/referrals. 
  • Develops relationships for future business opportunities with current and new companies. 
  • Enter information into CRM system and maintain accurate customer records and project status reports. 
  • Attend events/trade shows in order to network and meet potential new customers. 
  • Assist with coordination of sponsored events as needed. 
  • Follow up on incoming inquiries from the website, respond to customer inquiries via phone, participate in telemarketing efforts, and provide business development recommendations based on customer needs & trends. 
  • Assist with development of marketing plan an effort as needed. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with five (5) plus  years professional experience. 
  • Must possess exceptional communication/people skills, business acumen, and basic understanding of business operations processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, entrepreneurial coaching experience, project management experience. Industry or manufacturing background.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability and skills in the following areas:
    • Sales, customer service, detailed analysis, marketing, communication.
