Position Summary
Under the supervision of a Program Manager or Program Director, the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide initial and ongoing supervision to behavioral staff working with client population at the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD). This position will supervise a caseload of patients, conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress toward goals, and provide caregiver training. This position will also provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician staff while providing positive and constructive feedback daily. This position will also assist with hiring and training new behavioral staff.

Required and Preferred Qualifications


Required Education: Master's degree

Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related health care field.
Required Experience 1 year

Relevant supervised clinical experience in applied behavior analysis as an BCBA, RBT, or equivalent
Required License Yes
If yes, what is the required licensure/certification?
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of hire

1. Ability to design and implement individualized behavior plans
2. Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate age-specific data in response to treatment protocols

4. Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately
5. Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities
6. Must be able to adhere to the principles and mission of the Institute
7. In-depth knowledge of and adherence to applicable ethical codes and standards
