Bioscience Research- Assistant Professor - 24000000MO
Tenure-track or Non-Tenure Track (INTERNAL SEARCH) We are looking for a highly motivated Research Assistant Professor with strong basic science research with emphasis in the field of stem cell research to discover novel epigenetic mechanisms in regulating normal and ischemic cardiac and oral disease tissues. The Department of Bioscience Research is focused on elucidating the mechanisms and evaluation of epigenetic reprogramming of induced pluripotent stem cells. The candidate should be self-motivated with a proven track record of productivity and strong interest in cardiac disease, epigenetics, and stem cell research. They should be able to demonstrate excellence in planning, executing, and analyzing experiments. Meet routinely with the principal investigator (PI) to update the project status.
