The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for an Athletic Game Day Operation/Events Student Worker - Institutional Student Worker on the Dahlonega campus. Successful candidates will work under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director of Game Operations/Events and assist in management of all aspects of home events.
Must be able to work evenings, and/or weekends as needed. Flexible schedules are available.

  • Duties include but are not limited to the following: facility set up and break down, ticketing, concessions, event management staffing, break down and post-event clean up.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Good communication and time management skills are assumed qualities of every successful candidate as is a willingness to perform required manual labor (lifting, carrying, long periods of standing and/or walking), and other duties as assigned.
  • Candidates should be comfortable in front of large crowds, be willing to work with people, be a team player, and follow through with tasks assigned to them.
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
  • The successful candidate will be highly motivated to represent UNG Athletics in a positive manner.
