Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a 10-month Athletic Communications Fellow.
THE POSITION
The Athletic Communications Fellow reports to the Athletic Communications Director and supports Bryn Mawr College’s 12 intercollegiate sports through generating creative video/digital content, media relations, press releases, website and other print and electronic media. The Fellow will expand social media coverage of athletic events and assist with fundraising and promotional events. The position has gameday responsibilities that include supervising student workers, walking the fields, moving and setting up equipment, photography, video and live streaming of games. A raised platform is used for photography and videography so the successful candidate must be willing and able to climb the platform.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Candidates must have experience with NCAA statistical programs. Preferred experience includes website management and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
This is a 10 month grant funded appointment. The salary is $40,000 for 10 months plus benefits that include medical, dental, retirement and paid time off.
